We want you to be satisfied with your ZenithZone purchase. This policy explains our return and refund procedures.
30-Day Returns
Unless otherwise stated, eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must generally be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition
- Free from damage, stains, odors, or signs of wear
- Returned with original tags and packaging where applicable
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
Please do not send products back without first contacting us for return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for return for hygiene, safety, customization, or other reasons. These may include:
- Personalized or customized products
- Gift cards
- Products marked as final sale
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Certain hygiene-sensitive products once opened or used
Any applicable return restrictions will be disclosed where appropriate.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after delivery.

Please include your order number and photographs showing the issue when appropriate.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.
Return Shipping
Unless an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Return instructions and the applicable return address will be provided after your return request has been reviewed.
